SUBJECT : Report on the first mining Thursday
I have the pleasure to address you with due respect to present my report on the
coffering given by Dr. José Luis YUPANQUI CORDOVA of the topic:
"PRODUCTIVE DECENTRALIZATION AND NEW FORM OF PRODUCTION IN
THE MINING SECTOR" which has characteristics on the definition of concession
mining as well as the different stages; Prospecting, development, exlotation,
transportation and marketing.

PRIMER JUEVES MINERO
JUEVES, 10 DE ABRIL DE 2019.
 Las actividades comenzaron a las 3:25 p.m. con la presentación del
ingeniero Edgar ALCANTARA TRUJILLO.
 A las 3:45 p.m. el Dr. José Luis YUPANQUI CORDOVA se presentó ante
todo el público estudiantil y puso inicio a su exposición sobre
"Descentralización Productiva y Nueva Forma de Producción en el Sector
Minería".

MINING DENOUNCEMENT
 La exposición comenzó con el tema de concesiones mineras y sobre
cómo afecta esto en lo económico, también se enfocó en los puntos de
desarrollo, explotación, acarreo, recuperación metalúrgica,
comercialización y relación con la comunidad.

MINING DENOUNCEMENT
 Sostiene que los cambios tecnológicos y del mercado exigen a las
empresas el acomodo hacia un nuevo paradigma organizativo, tendiente
a su especialización: la externalización se ocupa de transformar a la
empresa misma en relación con el mundo del trabajo.
 Las consecuencias que estas fórmulas de organización empresarial
tienen sobre el empleo son evidentes y negativas, toda vez que inciden
en el incremento del empleo temporal y, por ende, en la creación de
"trabajadores de segunda categoría" que laboran en condiciones de
trabajo inferiores a las que ostenta el personal de la empresa principal.
 Finalmente a las 4:45 p.m. se dio por terminado la conferencia dada por
el Dr. José Luis YUPANQUI CORDOVA.

 Y para terminar el ingeniero Agustín AGUIRRE ADAUTO dio las palabras
de agradecimiento a todos los presentes.

 Activities started at 3:25 p.m. with the presentation of the engineer Edgar
ALCANTARA TRUJILLO.
 At 3:45 p.m. Dr. Jose Luis YUPANQUI CORDOVA was presented before
the entire student public and began his presentation on "Productive
Decentralization and New Form of Production in the Mining Sector".

 The exhibition began with the issue of mining concessions and how this
affects economically, it also focused on the points of development,
exploitation, haulage, metallurgical recovery, commercialization and
relationship with the community.

 It argues that technological and market changes require companies to
adapt to a new organizational paradigm, tending towards their
specialization: outsourcing deals with transforming the company itself in
relation to the world of work.
 The consequences that these formulas of business organization have on
employment are evident and negative, since they affect the increase of
temporary employment and, therefore, in the creation of "second category
workers" who work under inferior working conditions to which the staff of
the main company holds.
 Finally at 4:45 p.m. The conference given by Dr. José Luis YUPANQUI
CORDOVA was terminated.

CONCLUSIÓN
(CONCLUSION)
 Vimos en la exposición que la tarea para los empresarios, trabajadores,
jueces, administración pública, y en general, el operador jurídico es
grande. Urge por un lado la adaptación empresarial a la nueva Revolución
Industrial, mientras que por el otro se espera el pleno ejercicio del Derecho
al Trabajo. ¿Combinación difícil? Sin duda, pero no imposible.
 We saw in the exhibition that the task for employers, workers, judges,
public administration, and in general, the legal operator is great. There is
an urgent need for business adaptation to the new Industrial Revolution,
while on the other the full exercise of the Right to Work is expected. Difficult
combination? Without a doubt, but not impossible.
