Last week, our Kleinanzeigen colleagues channelled their inner superheroes at our epic Summer Offsite! Under the rallying cry "Be Your Own Hero," colleagues from our Berlin office took a day to unwind, get creative and bond as a team. From trapeze lessons to flower crown workshops, it was a day filled with freedom, fun and a whole lot of community spirit. 🌟Amsterdam Do Good Day 🌟 🤝 On 27 June, our Benelux teams participated in the Do Good Day, marking the very first for all our Amsterdam and Brussels colleagues! This day was all about empowering our team to give back to the Amsterdam community through time, effort and resources to make a positive impact. 🙌 With support from Stichting NL Cares, more than 117 volunteers participated in 10 different activities, ranging from biodiversity reconstruction to fixing community spaces, and engaging with children and the elderly. ⚡ Together, we’ve increased our impact on the community even more! Your smiles, conversations, skills and efforts truly made a difference in our Amsterdam community. 🌈 Happy Pride! 🌈 We're thrilled to share our global and local initiatives for Pride this year! Our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), in collaboration with Adevinta for Everyone, has chosen "Coming Out at Work" as this year’s theme. On June 25th, we hosted a global Pride webinar with special guest Ben Wilberforce-Ritchie, focusing on this year’s theme. Last Wednesday, our Paris office had a special talk and blind test with La Big Bertha, streamed to all French locations, highlighting trans and non-binary identities. Leboncoin.fr’s marketplace logo will stay rainbow until July 1. The next day, Barcelona colleagues enjoyed a music bingo 🔢 with Lady Red Velvet, testing their knowledge of #LGBTQIA+ classics, with food, music, and dancing! Ready to celebrate Pride, willhaben joined this year's #PrideParade in Vienna for the first time with their own #willhaben truck! 🚚 🗓️ But that's not it, there is much more to come! On July 4th, our Milan office will host an informal debate "Do Ask, Do Tell! A Manual for Queer Conversation," where LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies will share stories and encourage open questions. The week after, our Berlin office will have a Drag Bingo, plus another session on parenting queer kids. It gave her a new way to exercise in nature and allowed her to spend more time with her husband. “As my husband enjoys biking and I love spending time with him, I decided to buy a racing bike for myself on Kleinanzeigen so we can go on tours together — this wasn’t possible with my old city bike!” says Kristina. “The previous owner used it for racing so I think my new bike is surprised by my slow speed, but it makes me happy to spend time outside together.
