4 CATS PICTURES

Founded in 2013, 4 CATS Pictures first feature-length animated film was "Capture the Flag" (Enrique Gato), a co-production with Telecinco Cinema, Telefónica Studios, Ikiru Films and Lightbox Entertaiment. A very successful film at the Box Office that won major awards such as the 2016 Goya, the 2016 Premio Gaudí and the 2016 Premio Platino for the Best Animation Film. The company’s second production was "Tad the Lost Explorer and the Secret of King Midas" (Enrique Gato), another blockbuster that, among others, received again in 2018 the Goya, Gaudí and Platino awards for the Best Animation Film. In 2018, 4 CATS produced with Ikiru Films the thriller "El Pacto" (David Victori); in 2020 co-produced "Malasaña 32" (Alberto Pintó), and "El verano que vivimos" (Carlos Sedes). In 2022, released "Live is life. La gran aventura" (Dani de la Torre), a youth comedy with a script by Albert Espinosa that 4 CATS co-produced with Atresmedia Cine and Live is life AIE. Distribution was handled by Warner Bros.; the movie has been a big success in Netflix. Currently, 4 CATS is preparing the worldwide release of its latest animated film "Mummies" (J.J. García Galocha “Galo”), an adventure comedy with romantic airs distributed by Warner Bros. As new projects, 4 CATS is working on its next animated film titled "Little Big Boy" (Pedro Solís & J.J. García Galocha “Galo”), inspired in the story “Cuerdas” by Pedro Solís, and prepares two real action movies for 2023.
