Kimzha
a river in Arkhangel’sk Oblast, RSFSR; a left-bank tributary of the Mezen.
The Kimzha is 158 km long and drains a basin area of 1,490 sq km. It takes a meandering course, fed primarily by snow and rain. Marine tides produce backwater in its lower reaches.
