[missing IPA transcription]

This template is the same as {{IPA}}, with the added plus that it categorizes Latvian words for the kind of intonation (tone) they have on their long syllables.

Parameters:

1 = the IPA transcription, without brackets or slashes (the template encloses it automatically in brackets) 2, 3 = the kind of intonation (level, falling, broken); basically the same parameter, repeated for words with two long syllables with different intonations.

Example:

{{lv-IPA|māːtɛ|level}}

yields

IPA(key): [māːtɛ]

plus categorization into [[Category:Latvian words with level intonation]].
