Sourced to a company website with a self-contradictory license statement: " provided for use under a Creative Commons 3.0 License for the purpose of editorial comment only. The use of these images for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purposes is prohibited" [1]. The words "Creative Commons 3.0 License" link to the CC-BY license page [2], but the following restrictions obviously contradict that. If references to CC-BY were to be found elsewhere on the site, on their own, without such a restriction, then maybe we could take it as an inadvertent use of "multi-licensing" and rely on the CC-BY "as is", but the way it's presented here, I'm afraid we'll have to treat it as a non-commercial-only license. Comment: Ranker is a user-generated website, so this file is most likely not copied from there. Tineye also brings up no results. So we'll have to base our decision on whether to AGF for the uploader. Unfortunately, they only have four uploads and stopped editing in 2008. One of them is a personal design for their userpage, and two are old movie clips.
