Hello,
I have looked at your new article. It is a good start, but I have a few comments:
- You have an impressive number of good sources. However, it is hard to tell which information is supported by which source. Please use inline references to cite your sources by placing them in <ref></ref> tags like this[1] You can find more information at Help:Referencing for beginners.
- I am finding that the article does not make it clear from the start that we are talking about computer science. I will therefore move the page to genetic improvement (computer science) and add something to that effect in the first sentence. If you disagree, please let me know!
Anyhow, very good work, keep it up. You have a very nice core from which to build a solid article. Happy Squirrel (talk) 23:33, 27 December 2015 (UTC)
Apparent Conflict of Interest
[edit]Hi, I see you have been adding references to books by William B. Langdon. If you are connected to "Bill" in any way, then please take care that whatever interest you have, personal or professional, with him does not interfere with your impartial editing of Wikipedia. All the best, Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:20, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of SPECIES Society
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on SPECIES Society, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of Combinatorial interaction testing
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Combinatorial interaction testing requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion".
