Born in Ukraine and graduating from law school there, Katrine Moite has traversed continents to call New York City her home. In the bustling heart of Manhattan, she has established her own photography studio, focusing primarily on capturing the timeless essence of maternity and motherhood.

Katrine Moite's journey into the world of photography began with humble origins. Armed with little more than a camera, two lenses, and a handful of free shoots, she embarked on a quest to find her own unique style.

Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Katrine took a leap of faith and ventured into studio ownership, carving out a space in the concrete jungle of Midtown Manhattan. Though the path to success was fraught with hurdles, perseverance fueled her journey, eventually leading to Katrine's current large studio.

Katrine Moite's dedication to photography has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the accolades bestowed upon her. In 2023, Katrine's work received Honorable Mention in the Minimalist Photography Awards, Bronze (3rd Place) in the ReFocus Photography Awards, and Bronze (3rd Place) in the ND Awards. Additionally, Katrine was honored with Silver (2nd Place) in the New York Photography Awards not once, but twice, and achieved the pinnacle of success with a Gold award in the same competition. Furthermore, her work earned recognition at the European Photography Awards, where Katrine Moite was awarded Platinum for her exceptional contributions.

These achievements are a testament to the commitment to excellence and Katrine's relentless pursuit of artistic mastery. Each award represents a milestone in the journey as a photographer, fueling her passion and driving her to push the boundaries of creativity.

In addition to Katrine Moite's accolades, ELLE Ukraine featured a personal interview with her, providing insight into her journey, inspirations, and aspirations as a photographer as well as her Documentary "I Don't have my home anymore..." dedicated to the stories of 15 Ukrainian women who left their homes and flee from the war to United States left everything behind.

In the realm of film, Katrine's work has been recognized as a Finalist in prestigious awards like the Oniros Film Award New York and the New York International Film Award, while also winning accolades such as the Winner of New York Independent Cinema Awards and a nomination at the Berlin Woman Cinema Festival,Montreal Women Film Festival and the Miami Women Film Festival.

Furthermore, her documentary project, "I Don't Have My Home Anymore..." has garnered significant attention from various media outlets. Publications such as Muse Dot World (with interviews in both Gold and Platinum categories), All About Photo, NY Weekly, Foto Nostrum (in France), PPA Magazine (Professional Photographers of America), Dodho Photo Magazine (in Spain), New York Wire, and Voyage New York have featured my documentary, amplifying its impact both locally and internationally.

In October 2023, Katrine Moite had the New York premiere of the film at the G-Gallery in SoHo, Manhattan, alongside a photo exhibition.
