Eliomys (Greek: Ἡλίομυς Hēlíomus) is a genus of Palaearctic rodents in the family Gliridae, commonly known as garden dormice.[1]

The earliest records of the genus are known from the Late Miocene (Tortonian) of the Iberian Peninsula.[2]
