Andovce (Hungarian: Andód) is a municipality and village in the Nové Zámky District of the south-west of Slovakia, in the Nitra Region.
History
[edit]In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1424.
Geography
[edit]The village lies in the Danubian Lowland at an altitude of 113 metres and covers an area of 10.778 km2 (4 sq mi). It has a population of about 1386 people.
