Siyyid Kazim was the Mullah (a very great one with thousands of followers) who told his students about comming of "Mehdi" (the Bab) and "Masi" (Baha'u'llah: the return of Christ). Many of his students by hearing this spread out around Asia, Europe and Africa for the search.
