Just going to add on a little information to the background section :)

The Act originally tried to get passed in 1828 but it failed. Herbert Mayo, a Fellow of the Royal Society and a successful neuro-anatomist, tried very hard to convince the government to reconsider passing the Anatomy Act after learning of a murder of an italian boy. His determination eventually lead to the Anatomy Act of 1832. <ref>http://www.intriguing-history.com/anatomy-act-1832//ref>
