Hey

[edit]

Hey, man. Do you think it's too early to go ahead and nominate the FFX page for FA? There's not been any Peer Review feedback aside from yours, and you and Flooch have trimmed it some since then. Ryu Kaze 00:19, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Ok. I guess a few days under Peer Review would at least add to its credibility, huh? Like I said before, you'd know better than I. Ryu Kaze 00:30, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
Cool. I think it looks wonderful, as well, and I'm going to assume we haven't been getting much feedback because it's so awesome that no one has any suggestions for improvement. XD I guess I'll leave the nomination for FA part to you, whenever you feel ready. Ryu Kaze 14:44, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Requests for CheckUser

[edit]

You added the same IP 69.156.150.188 twice. I've added five others that have been making the same edits/reversion. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 03:25, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

No problem and I wouldn't have been a nice guy and unblocked that last one. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 03:52, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
I just saw Wikipedia:Requests for CheckUser#64.231.242.202 (talk • contribs) and 69.156.148.61 (talk • contribs) perhaps you should move yours down and add to that. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 03:58, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Thnx, Deckiller. Nice userpage by the way...!!! Uh, I want to create a seperate page for the ARC-170, not just in a list. I'm kinda NOOB (my 2nd day, no wonder) and uh, I've seen Wookiepedia but am RATHER CONFUSED! Your help would be completely appreciated.

Hey, Tyler. I can see that you're away again, so I hope everything's going alright. Hope you had a good holiday. Sorry I've got no images. XD Ryu Kaze 00:26, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

I know, I know. It was all in response to the UNSW Revues it was crazy lol -- CHANLORD [T]/[C] 07:56, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

A user that should be banned

[edit]

The user 68.71.77.222 should be immediately banned. Check out his edits and you'll see what I mean, especially on the article Green Day. Another user and I have warned him on his talk page about vandalism, but I don't think that is gonna stop him. Wikipeedio 19:09, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for doing that, but there is one more problem. People keep vandalising the Green Day page. It must have happened like 6 times already today by different people. Is it possible you could semi-protect the page? I left Jedi6 a message on the bottom of his talk page with links to edit examples, so you should look there and click on the links to see what I mean. Wikipeedio 20:03, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

I think the page will be fine unprotected. Even though it will be vandalized over and over again, bots or people always revert the page after a few minutes. Thanks for protecting it for a little while though. Wikipeedio 22:43, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

I don't know if you're old enough to know about this (I barely am, at 38), but what do you know about the "Snow Plow Game"? I ask because Mark Henderson is up for deletion, and I suggested the article might be better if someone knowledgeable about the Pats rewrote it to be about the game rather than Henderson. It's on the National Football League lore page, but it could be a short article. Just a thought.--Mike Selinker 20:23, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

Wikimania

[edit]

Cool! We can discuss it further through AIM or IRC. Are you on freenode? Linuxbeak (drop me a line) 03:17, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Re: Bad news

[edit]

Thanks for the heads-up. I just saw your notice on the PR page. To quote my response from there:

"You want to do it or should I? *cranks chainsaw*" Ryu Kaze 03:44, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Execution carried out. *salutes* Ryu Kaze 03:54, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

A tiny favour.

[edit]

Hi there Deckiller, I hope I'm not bothering you too much; I was just wondering, if you have any spare time in your busy schedule, could you look at the Editor review page and try to maybe review me? I'm trying to find out how I can improve and how I'm viewed on Wikipedia. Much thanks! _-M o P-_ 04:37, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

I answered your question; sorry about not responding earlier, but I didn't notice it as lots of people responded at once. _-M o P-_ 01:29, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
About the answer I gave at Editor Review, do you think it could actually work? Because I would love to help you organize a house cleaning effort like that. _-M o P-_ 02:49, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Well, I can help out on the video games and characters stuff (played KotOR and KotOR2 like crazy). We might have to consider getting out the ol' whip, though. :P Just kidding, but maybe some messages on editor's pages to shock them into motion. I'd help, again, if you wanted me to. _-M o P-_ 03:02, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

Re: Question

[edit]

Sorry I didn't make it clear enough in the edit summary. I reverted the second half of the Story section to the last version by Ryu Kaze. The first half, last edited by yourself, is intact. ~ Flooch 20:05, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

I do agree that the text in the second half could be broken into more paragraphs. If you spot any awkward sentences, by all means, un-awkward-ise them. XD ~ Flooch 20:36, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Yo

[edit]

Hey, Ty. Are the servers on the fritz? My last edit took a while to show up and now the page is flip-flopping back and forth between new and old edits when I reload the page. Ryu Kaze 22:03, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Another ban I need

[edit]

Sorry to keep bothering you, but 69.120.61.237 made a particulary offensive edit to Green Day, as well as other articles. Like I said I'm sorry I'm bothering you again with one of these, but you and Jedi6 are the only two admins I know right now. Maybe you could make a page where I could list these people as I find them? Thanks! Wikipeedio 03:10, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

Yo

[edit]

Hate to add more trouble (looks like you get enough), but could you keep an eye on/do something about/vaporize this one? He's been vandalizing quite a bit. Thanks, Ty. Ryu Kaze 17:04, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
