Blink Twice is an upcoming American comedy thriller film directed by Zoë Kravitz, in her directorial debut, from a screenplay she co-wrote with E.T. Feigenbaum. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Naomi Ackie, Channing Tatum, Christian Slater, Simon Rex, Adria Arjona, Haley Joel Osment, Kyle MacLachlan, Geena Davis, and Alia Shawkat.
Blink Twice is scheduled to be released in the United States by Amazon MGM Studios on August 23, 2024.
Premise
A cocktail waitress becomes infatuated with a tech mogul, and travels with him to his private island, where things begin to go wrong after her friend vanishes.

Production
Zoë Kravitz started writing Blink Twice under the original working title Pussy Island in 2017.[1][2] In June 2021, Kravitz revealed her plans to make her directorial debut with the film, the script of which she co-wrote with E.T. Feigenbaum. Channing Tatum signed on to star and, at the Cannes Film Market, MGM won the distribution rights as Naomi Ackie was cast as Frida, the film's lead role.[3][4][5] In May 2022, Simon Rex joined the cast.[6] In July, Christian Slater, Alia Shawkat, Geena Davis, Adria Arjona, Haley Joel Osment and Kyle MacLachlan were additionally added to the cast of the film.[7]
Jordan Harkins and Stacy Perskie joined the film as Executive Producers. Filming began on June 23, 2022,[8] with production occurring in Mexico.[9]
Release
Blink Twice is scheduled to be released in the United States by Amazon MGM Studios on August 23, 2024,[2] with Warner Bros. Pictures releasing the film internationally, starting from August 21, 2024.[10]
