Noticed your Wikipage said you had no WikiLove when RC Patrolling, so have a cookie! Don't eat it too quickly! FlalfTalk 02:28, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Flalf: That's so sweet of you!!! And too late! I already ate it! Mwiqdoh (talk) 02:30, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2020–21 in Saudi Arabian football, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Saitama and Germany national under-23 football team. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:59, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cards

Cards in templates have been used for a long time and they provide a lot of information to the reader. The media may talk about who was sent off in the match for a period after it. There may be more than five players on the same team who receive a warning and one of them faces the risk of missing out on a crucial match.--Sakiv (talk) 17:25, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Sakiv: But it's too specific for that type of article. The article is for listing the results of a country's matches. If it was the competition's article, that's a different story. Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:27, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Not all matches or tournaments have subpages dealing with these things. For World Cup qualifiers or European qualifiers, the reader can only see who received cards through external links. For example, when Messi got sent off in the Bilbao match, this was an important event that many people talked about. Again stop reverting and let's discuss.--Sakiv (talk) 17:30, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: So then why don't you add it there then? Why do you choose to add it on the country results article? Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:32, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Because it should be added within the football box collapsible template, not the normal football box! I'm not saying it should be added to all matches, but matches where it is available to know who received cards.--Sakiv (talk) 17:33, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) @Sakiv: The article is meant to list the results and fixtures for the national teams, not England national football team fixtures, results, statistics, players, yellow cards, and red cards! It doesn't need to be a football box nor a template, just do it like that. Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:37, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The results is not just about scores!! Didn't you say yourself that you prefer templates instead of tables? You're arguing in the same circle and don't explain why you're opposed to the cards. Why do you think we have the cards if we didn't use them in these collapsed templates?--Sakiv (talk) 17:42, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) @Sakiv: this is what the football box template includes. So I support the template because of the included info that it shows, not additional info.
date round team1 score team2 location
time goals1 report goals2 Stadium: stadium
Attendance: attendance
Referee: referee

Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:45, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it can be added within the goals parameters. Every piece of information that can have an impact on the outcome of a match is relevant.--Sakiv (talk) 17:51, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: But not all of it should be documented. For example, corners. They have an outcome of the match but we don't document it. With your reasoning, we are basically recreating the 90 minutes. Just keep things simple. Another example, we don't include how they scored like a through pass but that had an outcome. Some things don't need to be added Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:59, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Separate

Consider this your last warning if you track my contributions again.--Sakiv (talk) 17:44, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: 1. I'm not tracking your contributions, I was looking at SteveMc25's talk page. and 2. Why does it matter if I was? Mwiqdoh (talk)
According to what you said here, it looks like you haven't read the basic policies of Wikipedia.--Sakiv (talk) 17:51, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: Is it my fault? I already made 500 edits before I was welcomed on my talk page. Also please don't remove what I said in edit conflicts. Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:52, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
NO, I didn't delete anything for you!? This was caused my response coinciding with yours.--Sakiv (talk) 17:54, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: Sorry I didn't see you updated it, it didn't update for me. Mwiqdoh (talk) 17:56, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: Which guideline says I cannot view a user contribution? Mwiqdoh (talk) 19:17, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at England national football team results (2020–present) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Sakiv (talk) 20:50, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Sakiv: I'm not trying to, but you won't discuss with me. So how am I supposed to fix this dispute if you just ignore me and then revert and warn me? Mwiqdoh (talk) 20:59, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This is because you got me to a point where I could no longer argue with you. Secondly, you are whispering behind my back with other editors.--Sakiv (talk) 21:03, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakiv: I told a bunch of experienced football editors to come talk about this resolution, I'm not "talking behind your back". Mwiqdoh (talk) 21:04, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I have self-reverted while we find a solution.--Sakiv (talk) 21:06, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cards in matches are relevant

You can search and find countless articles with football box containing cards. Even featured articles (the best articles here) like 2003–04 Arsenal F.C. season.--Sakiv (talk) 22:57, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Sakiv: "But not all of it should be documented. For example, corners. They have an outcome of the match but we don't document it. With your reasoning, we are basically recreating the 90 minutes. Just keep things simple. Another example, we don't include how they scored like a through pass but that had an outcome. Some things don't need to be added." (quoted from the unanswered response above). Mwiqdoh (talk) 00:08, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, Mwiqdoh

Thank you for creating 2020 In abkhaz Football.

Additional redirects like this, while harmless, are unnecessary, as Wikipedia's search function corrects for mismatched capitalization provided that no one has manually defined different pages for the different variations.

@Rosguill: Yeah I already know. I can't delete it, and as you can see from my new pages, I don't do that anymore. Mwiqdoh (talk) 20:44, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
To be honest, it's not worth the effort of deletion, but if you ever want to delete a redirect (or other page) you created, you can tag it with {{db-g7}} as long as no one else has made a significant edit to it. signed, Rosguill talk 21:41, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

False reverts.
