Colin Charvis (born December 27, 1972 in Sutton Coldfield, England) is a British rugby union player who plays club rugby for Newcastle Falcons and internationally for the Wales national rugby union team. He plays on the back row, either as a flanker or as the no. 8.

Charvis began playing for London Welsh, and then moved to Swansea RFC in 1995. His first cap for Wales was in 1996 against Australia: he went on to become team captain for a period. He remained with Swansea until changes in the Welsh club structure saw him without a contract in the period of the 2003 Rugby World Cup. He moved briefly to Tarbes in France and then to the Falcons in England.
