Notice of editing restrictions
Notice: Under the terms of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Digwuren, any editor working on topics related to Eastern Europe, broadly defined, may be made subject to an editing restriction at the discretion of any uninvolved administrator. Should the editor make any edits which are judged by an administrator to be uncivil, personal attacks, or assumptions of bad faith, he or she may be blocked for up to a week for each violation, and up to a month for each violation after the fifth. This restriction is effective on any editor following notice placed on his or her talk page. This notice is now given to you, and future violations of the provisions of this warning are subject to blocking.

Note: This notice is not effective unless given by an administrator and logged here.

Hi Exxess, please don't move pages manually, it destroys the edit history. If you need to move a page, please use the "move" button, or contact an administrator. Adam Bishop 16:00, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Poznan-university--1935--dabrowski--stefan--02.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Poznan-university--1935--dabrowski--stefan--02.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 19:07, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WP:SSP

I truly regret having to do this, but you leave me no choice with your repeat violations of WP:CIV against other Wikipedia editors and generally questionable behaviour. And so it is:

You have been accused of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Exxess. Thank you. Poeticbent talk 05:56, 28 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Piotrus

Your concerns are noted. However, there is no need to bury him with his past. We'll let this AfD run its course; if you'd like to bring this up with him you're more than welcome to. Otherwise, please keep comments to related matters. We can handle the rest. Thank you very much, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :D 17:31, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Lerski--george-j--poland--historical-dictionary--page-103.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Lerski--george-j--poland--historical-dictionary--page-103.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:23, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
