Shaikh Ashabul Yamin was a Bangladeshi student and 2024 quota reform movement activist.[1][2] He was a 4th year student of the Computer Science and Engineering Department of the Military Institute of Science and Technology in Mirpur. He was shot dead by police during the protest on July 18.[3][4][5]
Personal life
Shaikh Ashabul Yamin's father's name is Md Mohiuddin,[6] a former bank officer. Shaykh Ashabul Yamin had one brother and one sister; Yamin was the elder of the two brothers and sisters. He passed SSC and HSC from Savar Cantonment Public School and College.[citation needed]

Death
