The Boot Camp and Military Fitness Institute was founded in March 2013 and is based in Scotland, United Kingdom (UK).[1]

Purpose

The Institute provides information, advice, and guidance on a wide range of military-, health-, and fitness-related topics to individuals and organisations.

History

The Institute was established in 2013 by a former British Army soldier, who qualified as both a military fitness instructor (aka physical training instructor or PTI) and as a civilian personal trainer, working in a range of managerial and instructor roles across a range of military and civilian outdoor fitness organisations.
