Shazia Idrees is a Political female activist. She is a writer and columnist, born in Sahiwal to a Political family.

She writes articles/columns for English and Urdu Pakistani newspapers. She was impressed by her father”s devotion and struggle for PPP with Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

It is unfortunate that independent minded activists/ Journalists are the one who are targeted. The Attack comes after various threats, after the attack, the victim is accused of faking the incident to seek publicity. Despite the evidence the attackers are never caught and punished.

She devoted her life for human cause and volunteered with various charities and welfare organizations as Red cross Pakistan, Red Crescent Pakistan, Edhi Foundation and Shukat Khanum Memorial Hospital to fight poverty, women health care and domestic abuse. She raised extensive funds for Shukat Khanum Memorial Hospital Lahore for the Nobel cause initiated by Ex-Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Shazia has complete faith and strongly supports the Ideology and Manifesto given by Imran Khan and his Political struggle for more than 2 decades. She visited various countries of Europe, Australia, Singapore, Middle East, etc for the noble cause and to have better understanding for the Welfare States.

She Joined PTI in 2008 with her promising profile and background and became an active participant/ Member for Women Welfare Wing PTI. She leaded various Rallies, Election Campaigns for PTI for her constituency rigorously in 2013 elections and later on for 2018 elections. She participated and leaded Women Rallies at the time of Longest Sit- in (Dharna) at D Chowk, Islamabad for 126 Days and covered the entire PROTEST.

Despite of various threats after May 9 2023 incident, she lost her job due to her stand for Press freedom and women & human rights. She never refrained and kept on raising her voice through pen and kept on writing articles in favor of Imran Khan, PTI leadership, especially in favor of PTI Women Activists. We Salute and support her struggle and views for a better Pakistan.

This photo was taken on the field of the World Cup final's venue. Such photo has to be taken by a FIFA authorised photographer, that has been granted access to the venue. Comment: Per Wikipedia's free use guidelines, images should only be 100,000 pixels large. The current file, at 96,390 pixels is already approaching that limit, thus a larger resolution file would have to be shrunken down anyway.
