Gerben Wiersma (born 26 April 1977 in Surhuisterveen) is a Dutch artistic gymnastics coach. He is the coach of the KNGU [nl] women's national artistic gymnastics team.^[1] Claims of physical and emotional abuse against players were leveled against multiple KNGU coaches in July of 2021, including Wiersma,^[2] but he was acquitted of charges in October of 2021. This did lead to him resigning from his position as coach, however.^[3]
