Are you looking to buy, sell, let or rent a property? Monaco has a wide range to choose from, and our team of residential specialists is here to help you throughout the negotiation process.

The Carré d’Or: Monaco’s beating heart

Property around the Carré d’Or (Golden Square), around the iconic Monte Carlo Casino, is highly sought after. This area is famous for its many luxury boutiques, and hotels such as the Hotel de Paris and the Hermitage. Venues include the Buddha Bar, Rampoldi and the Fairmont Hotel - located next to the notorious hairpin bend of the Formula One Grand Prix.  The average price per sqm was €56,000 approximately in 2018.

Larvotto and La Rousse: beachlife and views

To the east lie the Larvotto beaches, with their clubs and terraces. Just above the Larvotto district stands La Rousse, home of the Monte Carlo Country Club and Rolex Monte Carlo Masters. Larvotto and La Rousse are highly desirable among Monaco residential areas. Here, the average resale prices per sqm in 2018 were €43,000 in La Rousse, and €60,000 in Larvotto.

If you are looking for luxury property, Monaco has so much to offer, and our team of residential specialists is here to guide you.

La Condamine: yachts and nightlife

The second-oldest Monaco residential district is the vibrant La Condamine, centred around the Port Hercule. It hosts the start and finish line of the Formula One Grand Prix and numerous lively restaurants and bars, such as the waterfront La Rascasse and Stars’n’Bars. The famous Monaco Yacht Club is also in La Condamine.  Here, the average price per sqm was €51,000 in 2018.

Fontvieille: a harmonious mix

Fontvieille boasts Monaco’s second harbour, the international university and the Stade Louis II stadium. This residential and business district, with its parks and gardens, is Monaco’s newest and was built on land reclaimed from the sea. It is a short walk from the beach and harbour of Cap d’Ail in France and home to Monaco’s heliport. Notable commercial buildings include Gildo Pastor and the headquarters of the Monte Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, which owns many of the Principality’s prestigious hotels and restaurants.  The average price per sqm was €46,000 in 2018.

Monaco-Ville: schools, culture and a village atmosphere

Monaco-Ville, where the history of the Principality began, is the picturesque Old Town and home to the Prince’s Palace. It also hosts the Oceanographic Museum, a world-famous marine museum and research centre that is the torch-bearer for Monaco’s ambition to establish itself as a model ecological state. Two lycées and a creche are located close to its historical buildings.

Les Moneghetti: stylish and accessible

Bordering Beausoleil in France, Les Moneghetti is located between the Jardin Exotique and Monte-Carlo, and is where Monaco's train station is located.  Here, period buildings mix with contemporary, and the average price per sqm was €36,000 in 2018.

Jardin Exotique: incredible views

High above Fontvieille lies the Jardin Exotique, with the Princess Grace Hospital and the stunning exotic gardens from which it takes its name. Jardin Exotique offers easy access to the A8 motorway and residents enjoy breathtaking views over the Principality and the Mediterranean Sea.  The average price per sqm was €40,000 in 2018.
