A landmark

The Mareterra, an exclusive residential development in the Principality of Monaco is set to become a new iconic landmark. The design was created by world-leading engineers and architects with decades experience who specialise in creating natural open spaces as well luxurious living environments - all while maintaining an alluring charm. This unique project will include retail spaces, natural open areas and an marina.

Le Renzo, Les Jardins d'Eau, Les Villas, and Les Townhouses are among the residential areas at the new Mareterra project. There are 110 apartments and 10 villas in total, with six sitting on the water's edge.

Le Renzo Apartments Monaco

The Le Renzo Mareterra flats will be bright and airy, with views of the Mediterranean sea. The design is carefully planned to maximize living space while still providing comfort for residents; it's on Mareterra’s western edge rising above an upcoming commercial square that'll become home base for many new businesses along this beautiful coastline.

Les Jardins d'Eau Mareterra

The spacious apartments and penthouses at Les Jardins d'Eau, Mareterra provide residents the possibility to enjoy outdoor life to the fullest. Residents of these Portier Cove Monaco flats and penthouses will also be treated to a personalized selection of services, including swimming pools, a fitness centre, wine cellars, hair salons and massage rooms.

Les Villas at Mareterra

Having successfully translated the luxe lifestyle of Monaco, Les Villas at Mareterra are an extension that have followed suit in terms of both style and construction. With their painstaking attention to detail mirrored throughout every space they provide unending luxury whilst transposing elegant belle-epoque features from local Monagasque architecture.

Townhouses at Mareterra

The lush vegetation and captivating landscape complement the magnificent Mareterra Townhouse residences. Each of the distincitve Townhouses at Mareterra has a unique imprint and an individual interior patio that provides a calm, meditative space and a central focal point for the residence.

Eco design

The concept of sustainability is at the forefront of Mareterra, Monaco's first eco-neighborhood. To align with Prince Albert II's goal of making the territory carbon neutral by 2050, Portier Cove, Monaco, is utilizing cutting-edge green technology. Solar panels that cover 4,500 square meters, a rainwater recycling system that will reclaim 50% of rainfall, as well as thermal pumps are just a few examples.

Renewable energy will supply around 80% of the cooling and heating needs. There will be four parking places for the MOBEE car club's E-vehicle. This eco-neighbourhood will also promote sustainable transportation by providing 200 dedicated electric charging stations and 600 meters of bike lanes.

Sustainability

A sustainable building movement aims to ensure that the surrounding environment is conserved, adding to Mareterra's environmental credentials. To protect marine flora and fauna that surround the development, strict codes are necessary, as well as a reduction in construction's effect on the environment.

For example, scientists have constructed man-made reefs to attract endangered species that may be damaged by development. This involves keeping an area of approximately 510 square meters of Posidonia Oceanica, a protected species of seagrass.

AWARD-WINNING ARCHITECTS

A group of visionaries, including award-winning architects, engineers, designers, and ecologists, has worked tirelessly to create Mareterra. Valode & Pistre Architects and the Renzo Piano Building Workshop are critical to the design of Portier Cove, Monaco.

Denis Valode and Jean Pistre, the founders of Valode & Pistre Architects, are enthusiastic about merging man-made spaces with natural settings.

The Renzo Piano Building Workshop is an architectural practice with a worldwide reputation. Renzo Piano, one of the world's most well-known architects, renowned for his open and ultramodern designs, founded the company. This is apparent in the Mareterra.

The Marina at Mareterra

The marina is intended to serve as a focal point for the community, mirroring the importance of harbours in the principality. Around 15 berths will be available, and its design ensures that it will be a hive of activity bordered by businesses and restaurants.

The marina will be the ideal location to spend a leisurely day with friends and family, going shopping and eating.
