In the event of any breach of these Terms, Megaubytko, s.r.o. reserves the right to seek all remedies and damages available at law. Responsibilities of the accommodation provider
The accommodation provider undertakes to provide accommodation to the customer in strict accordance with all the information about the accommodation provided in the accommodation presentation. The accommodation provider is obliged to keep the information about the property up to date.
The accommodation provider undertakes to inform the visitor in a timely manner about all changes and circumstances that could affect the scope and quality of the services provided.
The accommodation provider undertakes to keep the accommodation facility in working order, maintain cleanliness and create conditions for customer satisfaction. All the equipment that is listed is functional and undamaged.
The accommodation provider undertakes to communicate with customers in a polite manner, not to mislead, to observe moral and ethical rules.
The accommodation provider undertakes to cooperate in such a way that the cooperation does not damage the reputation of the portal and the company.
Termination of cooperation by the accommodation provider
The accommodation provider may terminate cooperation with the portal at the end of the subscription period. At the request of the accommodation provider, the cooperation can be terminated before the end of the pre-paid period, which does not entitle the accommodation provider to a refund or compensation.
Termination of cooperation by the portal
The accommodation portal may terminate the cooperation with the accommodation provider with immediate effect, especially in the event of a breach of the points mentioned in the paragraph "Obligations of the accommodation provider", whereby the accommodation provider is not entitled to a refund or compensation.
Duplicate payments
In the event of a duplicate payment, we automatically extend the presentation for the given period. If the client requests a refund of the duplicate payment, we will refund the payment less a processing fee of 500 CZK excluding VAT. This fee is charged due to the time and labor involved in processing the request.
Money Back Guarantee
The refund can be requested by email in the last month of the presentation. In the event that the accommodation in question has had 0 bookings, messages, questions, emails or phone calls from visitors to our site, we will refund the full amount of the presentation to the accommodation owner within 25 days of the request. The money-back guarantee is valid only for annual and multi-year service packages.
Marks and logos
We confirm that all materials used on the portal, in particular information, logos, images, graphics, documents, products, web interface and software have been provided for publication by Megaubytko, Ltd, or its business partners or clients of the portal (hereinafter referred to as clients), while the related intellectual property rights belong to Megaubytko, s.r.o. or the clients of the catalogue. The individual elements of the website are protected by copyright laws and may not be copied, modified or imitated, in whole or in part. All other product names, company names, marks, logos and symbols may be trademarks of their respective owners.
