Ulutogia is a village on the east coast of Upolu island in Samoa.The village is part of the electoral constituency (Faipule District) Aleipata Itupa i Luga which it part of political district of Atua.
Ulutogia is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from the Apia, the country's capital.
The village is the base of the Sagapolutele and other family. There are known an big Family in Samoan Island. Also in American Samoa. When you ask someone who is from the Samoan Island. They will also say, that is an well known families named. Mainly Sagapolutele Family live in Seattle, Bay Area, Oceanside, Long Beach, New Zealand, Australia, and Hawaii. Even more.
