When was it built?

The article says, "was first named in 1949,[1] although was built well before that time." Is there a book or article which explains how and when it was built? It would be good to add a history section.Zigzig20s (talk) 13:13, 27 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

I suspect it may have been after the construction of the Great Southern Railway and development of towns along that route, but obviously some actual research and sources is needed. - Evad37 [talk] 08:24, 28 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
