Navbox problems

I have noticed problems with recent edits by this bot. Navboxes are being added before the categories - in some cases this is correct, but in others, it is not. For instance, with the most recent run to add {{Metro system of the World}}, the first edit of the sequence has caused a large gap in the page, which I have fixed. Similarly, the last edit of the sequence added the template after the {{coord missing}} with the result that a visible gap appears in the page between {{Mumbai topics}} and {{Metro system of the World}} - this is the fix.
