The Geographical Bulletin peer-reviewed academic journal published by Gamma Theta Upsilon (ΓΘΥ or GTU) twice annually. It covers all aspects of geography and focuses on student-written and student-led research of high quality.[1][2]. While the journal focuses on student research, being a student is not a requirement for consideration. The Geographical Bulletin has provided a starting point for many geographic researchers to become established and an outlet for research that might not have been considered significant enough for other geographic journals.[3] The editor-in-chief is Casey D. Allen of University of the West Indies at Cave Hill.[1] [4]

History
In 1970, Gamma Theta Upsilon began publishing the Geographical Bulletin to provide an outlet for geography-focused student research.[1][2] Initiates of GTU initially received two free issues after initiation.
In May 2018, the journal began publishing online-only open source, and made the entire archive available for free.[5]
