Round UpTo 1 Level up

I want to round numbers 1 level  UP,

How can i do it ?
 

If Value = 0,1 then Result= 1

If Value = 1,01 then Result= 2

If Value = 2,2 then Result= 3

If Value = 3,9 then Result= 4 

If Value = 4,26 then Result= 5

etc
