MARKETPLACE NEWSLETTER PAGE 7, AUGUST 30, 1973 Rock-Ola's giant Venezuela distributor, "Incoza", dedicated a huge, new facility in Maracaibo, Venezuela, for the production and distribution of Rock-Ola phonographs thruout all of Venezuela. Top picture shows the impressive sign at the entrance to the new Incoza plant. Pictured below, left to right, Nicholas Berend and Karl Fuhrmeister, architects; Sr.Manfred E. Sobottka, Incoza'a president; Eliward G. Doris, Rock-Ola's executive vice-president and John Muncy, architect. Sr. Sobtottka said the new factory had been planned for a number of years and became necessary due to the very great expansion of Rock-Ola sales in Venezuela. He also stated he expected sales of Rock-Ola phonos to increase with the opening of this new plant.
