(1) In case of infringement or jeopardising the rights protected by this Act, the proprietor of the trade mark has the right to apply to the court for a decision to order the party infringing or jeopardising his rights to provide information on the origin and distribution networks of the goods or services or circumstances of placing the goods or services on the market.例文帳に追加

(4) If an rights conferred by the trade mark were infringed, the proprietor of the trade mark shall have the right to apply for prohibition of an infringement or jeopardising of his rights and to remedy the consequences of such action; the proprietor of the trade mark may also claim appropriate satisfaction, including pecuniary satisfaction.
