In the official journal of the Hungarian Patent Office the following data and facts relating to trademark applications and trademarks shall be published in particular: (a) on publication of the trademark application, the name and address (registered seat) of the applicant and the representative, the reference number of the application, the filing date and the date of priority where the latter is different, the sign and the list of goods or services; (b) after registration of the trademark, the registration number, the name and address (registered seat) of the holder, name and address (registered seat) of the representative, the reference number, the filing date and the date of priority where the latter is different, the trademark, the list of goods or services and the date of the ruling on registration; (c) in the case of renewal or division of trademark protection, the relevant data thereof; (d) grounds and date of the lapse of trademark protection; (e) changes in rights relating to trademark protection entered in the trademark register.例文帳に追加

If: (a) after examining a patent under section 101B, the Commissioner decides in writing that he or she is satisfied that the invention, so far as claimed, complies with paragraph 18(1A)(b); and (aa) after so examining the patent, the Commissioner also decides in writing that he or she considers that: (i) a ground for the revocation of the patent (other than a ground in respect of paragraph 18(1A)(b)) has not been made out; or (ii) any such ground has been removed; and (b) the patent has not ceased under section 143A; the Commissioner must: (c) notify the patentee and the person who requested the examination (if that person is not the patentee) that the patent has been examined and that a certificate of examination is to be issued; and (d) publish a notice of the examination having occurred in the Official Journal; and (e) issue a certificate of examination to the patentee in the form approved by the Commissioner; and (f) register the issue of the certificate.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加

(1) A request under section 108 for information relating to any patent or application for a patent may be made as to -- (a) the date that the reports or information, as the case may be, referred to in section 30(2) were received by the Registrar; (b) when the specification of a patent or application for a patent was published; (c) when an application for a patent was withdrawn, was treated as having been withdrawn, was treated as having been abandoned, was refused or was treated as having been refused; (d) whether a renewal fee was not paid within the period prescribed for the purposes of section 36(2); (e) whether a renewal fee was paid within the 6 months referred to in section 36(3); (f) when a patent has ceased to have effect and/or an application for restoration of a patent was filed; (g) when an entry was made in the register or an application was made for the making of such entry; (h) when any application or request was made or action taken involving an entry in the register or advertisement in the journal, if the nature of the application, request or action is specified in the request; (i) when any document may be inspected in accordance with rule 93 or 94; and (j) such other particulars referred to in any patent or application for a patent as the Registrar may in any particular case allow.例文帳に追加
