In addition to all the regular stuff, it also integrates with your Feedback Portal, Roadmap, and Changelog. Aside from looking cleaner, it now features different tabs on the bottom for a more focused view of each module. "Your posts" tab on the Public Portal 🫵 Talking about quality-of-life, your users can now see their posts conveniently on the Public Portal view. Previously, finding posts for end-users was pretty difficult. This update should help them stay more in touch with their own feedback.

    April updates: ✦ Featurebase assistant ✦ Improved changelog segmentation ✦ SDK identification for widgets ✦ Infrastructure improvements ✦ and more 🤖 Featurebase (AI) assistant Our AI assistant is now in beta to instantly answer your questions (bottom right corner). It uses information about your org to help resolve issues based on your specific setup/settings. It knows its limits & forwards the chat to us if needed. 👥 Improved changelog segmentation The changelog segmentation rework now lets you effortlessly send updates to different user groups. It works with the same segments you have for posts and surveys. 🪪 SDK identification for widgets The SDK now smartly forwards the authentication state to all widgets. This is automatically enabled if you already use the widgets combined with the identify functionality. 🧱 Infrastructure improvements We've made huge upgrades to our infra to support our rapid growth levels and offer top-notch performance at peak times.     March updates: ✦ Surveys (NPS, CSAT, and more) ✦ Public user profiles ✦ Comment moderation ✦ Many quality-of-life improvements 📋 Surveys Surveys introduce an entirely new way to collect feedback. You can measure customer satisfaction, run surveys for different user groups, collect extra context for specific features, and much more. 👤 Public user profiles Users can now see all of their activity (posts, comments, upvotes) under their profile. To see yours, click on your profile picture and select "My profile". Users also now have a notification center to catch up with unviewed messages. 🛡️ Comment moderation Harmful comments detected by our systems are now automatically pushed for you to review in the Moderation tab. The tab will automatically appear in your Dashboard when a spam comment is detected. 🤏 Plus these quality-of-life improvements ⟡ When adding an upvoter manually, you can now select between existing users rather than having to enter the email each time. ⟡ You can now embed Loom & Descript videos in all text editors. ⟡ When clicking on comment notifications from email, the page will now automatically scroll to the new comment and highlight it. ⟡ And many more minor bug fixes Read the full changelog here → https://lnkd.in/etY4ipis

Set it up from Settings → Custom fields. 🛡️ New post moderation inbox The new moderation inbox separates your feedback backlog and unapproved posts for a more efficient and organized approach. Now you can fly through the approval process with keyboard shortcuts and a more optimized view. 🎨 Dashboard redesign + custom themes The Dashboard has been redesigned to show much more information and fill up more unused space. We've also added custom themes enabling you to make Featurebase entirely your own.     January updates: ✦ Post creation rework ✦ Changelog comments & reactions ✦ Private discussions with post authors ✦ Lots of smaller improvements and fixes 📥Post creation rework Here's how it got better: ⟡ Automatic board selection with AI ⟡ Admins can add post properties while creating one ⟡ 'Create more' switch for more posts with the same properties Plus, overall more clean & lighter interface! 🥳 Changelog comments & reactions Changelogs now support commenting and reactions to create a more collaborative environment around your feedback community. This also works in the Changelog Popup and the All-In-One widget. 🔒 Discuss posts privately with the author You can now make posts private between you and the author, to discuss the details without it being shown on the public board.     A few months back, Wilson Wilson from Senja reached out to us, looking for a way to conveniently release feature announcements for all users in-app. Soon, we introduced Changelog popups. This feature has since become a game-changer for many of our users, including Senja. But it's more than just boosting new feature adoption. These popups also show users you're constantly listening and improving. As a result, our customers have seen a great increase in the volume of feedback submissions. P.S.     Building senja.io - get more customers with text and video testimonials

    My favorite hack to get constant user feedback. → Announce new features with a massive popup and ask from there. The best time to ask for feedback is during an announcement. Why? Because users are more likely to submit feature requests when they see that you're constantly updating your product and listening to their feedback. We're using Featurebase for this, and we're currently getting so much feedback that it's hard to keep up 😅 #saas #plg #marketing
