Abstract
Despite the discovery of the Higgs boson, which contributed to the success of the Standard Model, there are at least 60 different analyses carried out in parallel with the CMS detector looking for new physics. In this talk the current status of the Higgs analysis and the search for physics beyond the Standard Model in the two photons final state are presented.
