Abstract
Fast-timing measurements were performed in the region of the medium-mass isotopes, produced in fusion evaporation reactions. Results on new and reevaluated half-lives are analyzed within a systematic study of transition rates. The states in are interpreted as arising from a single-particle excitation. The states configuration assignment is based on the observed decay branches.
