What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility)

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place?

Oxford Town Hall, St. Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BX..

How do I get to the venue?

The Town Hall is situated in the centre of the City on St. Aldate’s, a short walk from Gloucester Green bus station and Oxford Railway Station, as well as easy access to the M40 and regular rail and bus links to the rest of the country.

Is there food served?

Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible on all floors. Please find more information here and contact us directly at [email protected] if you need any personalised assistance.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available onsite. Oxpens Car Park, next to Oxford Ice Rink is open 24/7, and located approximately 15 minutes from the Town Hall on foot. Westgate Car Park, also open 27/7, is a 5 minute walk from the Town Hall.
