AWS Chatbot Documentation

AWS Chatbot is an AWS service that enables you to use Amazon Chime, Microsoft Teams, and Slack chat channels to monitor and respond to operational events in your AWS applications. AWS Chatbot processes custom and AWS service events from Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) and renders the notifications in your chat channels. You can also add AWS Chatbot as a delivery channel to receive notifications configured from AWS User Notifications. By using the conversational interface and action recommendations provided by AWS Chatbot, you can diagnose issues and take actions to run CLI commands, retrieve resource information, and identify remediation paths.
  1. Describes how to set up, configure, and use AWS Chatbot.
