Manager - Creative Direction & Design

Are you ready to make a significant impact on Pandora's Global Product team? We are seeking a Collection Management Manager to support Creative Direction in building Pandora’s global product portfolio and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your role will be crucial in executing the creative vision and product strategy, ensuring commercial growth.

A strong creative mindset and an inherent understanding of the fashion and jewelry market are essential. You must also have a keen commercial perspective and a precise ability to ideate and identify new product opportunities incrementally, as part of the creative & design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Development:

  • Enrichment: Evolve the product portfolio by collaborating with Creative Directors and Design Leaders, generating new ideas, creating roadmaps, and exploring new opportunities.
  • Incremental newness: Develop new projects, identify commercial gaps, and gather market insights to shape storytelling.


Creative Collaboration:

  • Concept & Storytelling: Create compelling narratives for projects from concept to final product in collaboration with Creative Directors and Design Leaders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Provide insights on competitors, aspirational brands, and market needs based on priorities set by Creative Directors.


Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Alignment: Work with Marketing and Assortment Planning teams to ensure collections align with Creative Direction goals.
  • Integration: Partner with Design Leaders to meet commercial and brand objectives. Participate in cross-functional meetings with a focus on incremental collection building.


Team Dynamics:

  • Culture: Help to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, enhancing interactions within the Design team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fashion or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role related to design, trend analysis, concept development, or portfolio management within the creative industry.
