For nylig udførte en dedikeret gruppe af studerende fra Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen en vurdering af vores miljøpræstationer. Denne korte video giver en sammenfatning af deres resultater og forslag til fremtidige forbedringer. Selvom der stadig er fremskridt at gøre, tror vi fast på, at det første skridt er at øge bevidstheden gennem data for at bane vejen for betydningsfuld og indflydelsesrig forandring.

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting the annual member meeting for the Foodprint Nordic, an organization that believes in a world where regenerative organic agriculture is the norm and where farmers are valued and remunerated for their efforts in protecting the planet and providing healthy food for our gut microbiome. At H15 MAD & KULTUR i KØDBYEN, we take great pride in being active members and advocates for this cause. We are thankful for the valuable time and contributions from all who attended.

Vi sørger for julefrokosten med dine venner, familie, naboer eller noget helt fjerde🎅🏼 Vi har plads til store grupper - alt fra 8 personer op til 70 personer torsdage, fredage og lørdage fra d. 23/11 til og med d. 30/12.
