Plans call for using five outdoor shipping containers to create an outdoor deck and patio amenity areas. Adjustments are sought to allow more than 5,000 square feet of retail space, and to navigate landscape requirements. Development would take place over an existing parking lot and not generate new impervious areas.

The proposal calls for installing two sets of building-mounted, individually illuminated channel letters for Planet Fitness.

Plans call for filling in the former basement hole at the southwest portion of the site and filling in the unpaved area at the north portion of site. Surface areas would be utilized.
