We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our client's IT/Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will play a key role in driving the success of our client's SAP projects and other enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
- Drive the planning and execution of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications and SAP technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to enterprise applications
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP and other enterprise applications
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Information Technologies team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in IT or enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in SAP modules, particularly SD and EWM, with hands-on experience in implementation and support
- Fluent in German, with proficiency in either English or Turkish as a secondary language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
