Director Operational Excellence - OpEx

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a leading management consultancy seeking its next Director focusing on operational excellence, lean and continuous improvement - based anywhere in Germany.

This realisation-driven management consultancy is very sharp on production and operational topics, with quick progression and a low level of management hierarchy.

🦖 Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: lead teams of 2-10< consultants with full P&L responsibility for the project.
• Client Responsibility: manage full project engagement and be the main conduit with the client.
• Functional focus: operational excellence (OpEx), continuous improvement, lean, performance improvement, supply chain management, restructure and strategy.
• Sector focus: production/ manufacturing, supply chain/ logistics and engineering.

🐊 Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with a management consultancy; and
• Relevant sector (production/ supply chain) or functional (operational excellence, lean, restructure, strategy etc) experience.

🐉 Key variables:

• Location: anywhere in Germany with scope for international engagements outside of Europe.
• Work model: hybrid (work from home, office and client site).
