Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Country Director at Good For Me located in Berlin, Germany. As the Country Director, you will be responsible for our B2B expansion. You will be overseeing all operations and activities in Germany. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and market share, building and managing a high-performing team, managing budgets and P&L, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (B2B) and business development in the beauty and wellness industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Fluency in English and German
Experience in international markets is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
