The invention relates to the field of technology for performing quasi-distributed hydroacoustic measurements during towing, and solves the problem of reducing towing noise and hydrodynamic drag. The present device consists of a core with an array of fibre optic hydrophones inside an outer jacket, said core containing a strength member, and a shaped mandrel configured with grooves for receiving communication modules with communication optical fibres and temporary modules, wherein each hydrophone in the array contains an optical circuit, in the form of an interferometric circuit, having an optical fibre which forms the sensitive arm of the circuit. Said optical fibre is wound between two elastic polymer layers at the mounting site of the optical circuit, said layers being applied along the entire length of the core, and the components of the optical circuit are arranged in the grooves of the shaped mandrel, in place of locally removed portions of a temporary module. The technical result lies in a reduction in towing noise and hydrodynamic drag when the device is in use.
