You will get an insight into the basics of project and time management, learn to develop and set milestones. 2nd WE it´s all about money. Together, we take a close look at your project idea and develop tangible cost and financing plans! 3rd WE -Go outside with the project! Present your project ideas to potential partners and sponsors. For this we get arange a role-play game. A great opportunity, which experience has shown to be a lot of fun.

    The federal network Bürgerschaftliches Engagement (BBE) was founded in 2002 and is an association of various actors from civil society, state and economy. The overall goal of the network is the sustainable promotion of civil society and civic engagement in all areas of society and politics.

    The Civil Academy is a joint program of BP Europa SE and the Federal Network Civic Engagement.
    The federal network Bürgerschaftliches Engagement (BBE) was founded in 2002 and is an association of various actors from civil society, state and economy. The overall goal of the network is the sustainable promotion of civil society and civic engagement in all areas of society and politics.

    BP and BBE jointly designed and launched the Civil Academy in 2005. They have established a new strategic cooperation between business and civil society in which they pool their different skills and make them available to young people.

    Experts from BP and the non-profit sector jointly teach the seminar contents as trainer tandems and combine specific knowledge and methods from the company and the non-profit sector in a unique combination.

    There are two rounds per year with 24 participants each. Once a year, a networking meeting of alumni takes place.
