Our customer Albéa Group (Mexico) visited our production site in Logroño for the acceptance of a Z.SWAN MT. The Z.SWAN is available as semi or fully automatic version for the production of cosmetic brushes. Depending on the requirements, this machine can produce special brushes with mono filaments and also tuft in tuft. Furthermore, it has a melting system for the filaments. For a perfect brush quality, up to four different finishing stations are possible. The customer was very satisfied with the performance of our team and the machine. 📢 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗭𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗞𝗬 𝗔𝗚 As part of the strategic development of the ZAHORANSKY Group initiated in 2023, the upcoming generational change in the Executive Board, due to age, will also take place at the end of 2024. Ulrich Zahoransky (70) would like to move to the Supervisory Board after a transition period. Winfried Ebner (63) will also step down from the company’s Executive Board and will advise the new Chief Technology Officer, particularly in the areas of technology and patent issues. He will remain Managing Director of the subsidiary ZAHORANSKY Automation & Molds GmbH. On December 1, 2024, Dr. Heinrich Sielemann will be appointed to the Executive Board for the Technical Division. Another successful commissioning of a Z.PARD took place with our customer Eterna S.A.. The new machine at the customer’s plant will be used for the production of household brooms. Z.PARD is a carousel machine with six clamping stations and five movement axis. It is able to produce all common types of household brushes and brooms with up to three different filament colors. Thanks to its user-friendly design, the machine is easy to clean and maintain. Our customer was highly satisfied with the great work of our team. Reacting to machine issues before they occur sounds like wishful thinking? - Not with our Digital Twin process simulation! 💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? A process simulation is the kinematization of a 3D-model of a machine or mold. It shows the process steps before the final solution is assembled. Therefore, the process is simulated in a virtual environment at the PC workstation from the mechanical construction department. So to say, you build a "digital twin" of your future real machine or mold. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁? With the Digital Twin from ZAHORANSKY, it is possible to identify bottlenecks and weak points of machine processes during the development phase. An initial concept is created roughly and quickly, without the need for in-depth details at an early stage. After digital mapping, the programming can be tested before the machine is built. The acceptance of a Z.PUMA 2 at our plant in Logroño with one of our German customers was very successful. In the future, the new machine will be used to produce street brooms. The Z.PUMA 2 is a semi-automatic machine for the production of household brushes with a tufting speed of up to 1200 bundles per minute. Individual parts, such as the tufting tool or sample parts, are also compatible with other household machines. The ZMI 4.0 control system with its user-friendly interface ensures easy machine operation. At our production site in Logroño, two Z.PARD MT were successfully accepted by our customer Maier Haushaltspflege GmbH from Bad Saeckingen in Germany. One of the approved machines will produce household brooms and hand brushes, while round wooden dishwashing brush heads will be produced on the other machine. The Z.PARD MT is available as a semi- or fully automatic machine for the production of household brushes. Quick and easy sample changes can be made on the machine with quick-change options. Another advantage of the machine is the compatibility of tufting tools, sample parts and quick-change plates with other household machines. Herzlich Willkommen in der ZAHO-Familie! Gestern durften wir sieben neue Auszubildende für unsere Standorte in Todtnau und Freiburg begrüßen. Fünf der neuen Lehrlinge werden zu Mechatronikern ausgebildet, jeweils ein Auszubildender wird den Beruf des Industriekaufmannes bzw. IT-Fachinformatikers erlernen. Mit ihnen gewinnen wir wertvolle zukünftige Fachkräfte, die unser Familienunternehmen stärken und weiterbringen werden. "Lernen ist wie Rudern gegen den Strom - hört man auf, treibt man zurück.
