Today, Vetter Pharma hosted a group of students from the btS – Life Sciences Studierendeninitiative e.V. from #Ulm. With their backgrounds in biochemistry, biology and molecular medicine, the students were eager to see where their degrees could take them. Markus Lesch introduced them to the principles of microbiological validation, while Larissa Kienle and Felix Ungermann did a fantastic plan tour in aseptic production. Here, the students could see how various sterile dosage forms, like vials, syringes and cartridges are processed, providing life-saving medicines to patients worldwide. I enjoyed the interactions with the students very much, it is wonderful to see such engaged and bright individuals in the next generation. All the best with your studies!

Balancing children, family, and work can be a challenge, especially during time off from school. At Vetter, we absolutely get it. We kept the kids entertained and engaged with various activities, giving parents the time and space to focus on work. For the digitally inclined, our Vetter Pharma IT team launched Digital Kids, where future coders learned programming skills in our DigitalKids Beginner and Advanced courses. 🧑💻 The Moskito Circus School was a HUGE hit (who doesn't love juggling?!🤹)—the kids had a blast learning all sorts of unique artistic techniques. Over at the Farbspuren Studio, things got colorful when the budding Picassos unleashed their creativity. 🎨 And, of course, our classic Power the Ball program was back! ⚽️ The kids learned all about teamwork and fair play while getting in some serious exercise. Last week, we celebrated a special milestone: the graduation of our talented apprentices and dual study students! 👏 Our new Vetter Training Center came alive as we welcomed these rising stars and heard inspiring words from our managing directors. It was a joy to reflect on their journey with Vetter—a journey filled with hard work, dedication, and growth. We toasted their achievements and enjoyed a memorable evening together in Ravensburg.
