Breaking through the glass ceiling – insights of women in Sales leadership 🚀 We recently hosted the Women in Sales Network Breakfast Club in our Berlin office and got together with a great group of Sales enthusiasts and female leaders. A delicious brunch and networking opportunity accompanied the panel discussion on how to overcome the barriers that women still face in the industry. Learn more about our Diversity Committee 💡 At Personio, our Diversity Committee ensures all communities have an equal voice in everything we do. The committee includes representation from our six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Women, Accessibility, Families, Culture Diversity, Ethnicity, and LGBTQIA+. We build inclusion through monthly educational sessions, #empowerment programs, and celebrations that promote awareness and #allyship. Last month, the committee hosted an educational session featuring Cathy Jacquot, Founder & Head Coach at Gaïndéa Parental Leave Support, who shared insights into the common challenges faced by working #parents and practical strategies to navigate the transition back to work from parental leave. Cathy highlighted important career barriers to be aware of and emphasized the crucial role of allies in listening without judgment and maintaining open, honest communication to create a supportive workplace. At Personio, we believe in taking action as well as #learning. This year, we launched a group coaching initiative that begins three months before parental leave and continues for three months after returning to work. This program aims to help parents recognize their strengths, embrace their emerging identities, and connect with others in similar situations.
