Key takeaways from our discussions: ► Tracking customer health scores is becoming more critical to predict and manage churn risks... ► ...but relies heavily on high-quality data (ranging from detailed product usage metrics to NPS/CSAT scores), which isn’t always easy to gather... ► ...and yet, churn can still happen even with the “greenest” customers for unpredictable reasons – while some “red” customers may be hard to please but remain loyal. ► Also, who knew a 10-hour YouTube fireside video could transform a minimalist Stockholm office into a cozy cabin! Big thanks to everyone who participated and shared their experiences on topics like balancing paid vs. free services, specializing roles as the company grows, and, above all, creating maximum value for our customers!🤝

Last Thursday, we had our final session and celebratory dinner for the Monterro Top Talent participants – class of 2024! It’s been such a privilege to get to know this bunch over the past 8 months. One of the (very) many things I love about this program is that it creates a space where everyone grows from exactly where they’re at. Some are learning to hold their ground or discover how they’re a force to be reckoned with, others begin setting important boundaries or develop their innate ability to engage and inspire others. It’s really something else to see this growth, through deliberate and hard work. I’m lucky enough to participate in this journey several times over (or maybe not seen as fit to graduate yet 😉). So, what have I learned this year? Well, I definitely was reminded of the importance of self-awareness and reflection. If you don’t reflect – how can you set a direction for growth? If you don’t try to understand how you’re perceived by others as well as yourself – how can you know what’s holding you back? Thanks Kevin Ryan, Anna Faber and Mats Levin for a great year! Thanks to all of our mentors, colleagues at Monterro (especially Alexandra Eghbal) for making this program a memorable experience! Ps. Let’s agree that a pic from sunnier days gives better vibes 😎
