This was Worldskills 2024! 😊 Last week we were at the WorldSkills Lyon 2024 in Lyon, France, one of the world's most important vocational education and skills excellence events. As a silver sponsor we welcomed and supported 26 young, international contestants for the skills "plumbing and heating" and provided products for installation. After exciting 3 competition days, Weilong Sun from China prevailed to become the current World Champion in Plumbing & Heating. YOU and all others did a great job during the competition. 👏 YOU can be very proud of your achievements. 💪 YOU represent the future of our industry. 🔧 It was a great chance to support young people who showed their skills – a perfect fit with our GIVE Program, that works together with more than 60 plumbing schools accross Europe and provides them with modern equipment & materials to ensure best possible training for future installers. For LIXIL and its brand GROHE, it was another exciting opportunity to connect with customers and partners and offer a dedicated brand experience on site.
